From b2b7be1eca8a0c0c3cb05d1e4b0092d15f00c7c7 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Benjamin Herrenschmidt Date: Wed, 12 Jun 2013 15:39:04 +1000 Subject: [PATCH] of: Fix locking vs. interrupts The OF code uses irqsafe locks everywhere except in a handful of functions for no obvious reasons. Since the conversion from the old rwlocks, this now triggers lockdep warnings when used at interrupt time. At least one driver (ibmvscsi) seems to be doing that from softirq context.
