drm/i915/gt: Hold RPM wakelock during PXP suspend

drm/i915/gt: Hold RPM wakelock during PXP suspend

selftest --r live shows failure in suspend tests when
RPM wakelock is not acquired during suspend.

This changes addresses below error :
