Drop LIST_HEAD where the variable it declares has never
been used.
The semantic patch that fixes this problem is as follows:
(http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/)
// <smpl>
@@
identifier x;
@@
- LIST_HEAD(x);
... when != x
// </smpl>
