  Fixes:

   - Fix undefined Kconfig option "CONFIG_CONFIG_MMU"

   - Fix scratch register clearing in M-mode (affects nommu users)

   - Fix a mismerge on my part that broke the build for
     CONFIG_SPARSEMEM_VMEMMAP users
