Revert "checkpatch: add check for keyword 'boolean' in Kconfig definitions"

This reverts commit dda0bbb9d55e5abec445a1ce1da4c22b5e59ad7b.

You cannot use 'boolean' since commit c3fe62495f48 ("kconfig: drop
'boolean' keyword").

This check is no longer needed.
