This reverts commit b86c831aea043ce63f48bc9cb5295b2c180a31e3.
We have agreed with removing dtb-related stuff from mkeficapsule
command even if the commit ae6e7a0a65aa ("Revert "efi_capsule: Move
signature from DTB to .rodata"") was applied.
