commit 8c8171929116cc23f74743d99251eedadf62341a upstream.

USB control-message timeouts are specified in milliseconds and should
specifically not vary with CONFIG_HZ.

Fixes: bd0b6ede2b36 ("mmc: Add new VUB300 USB-to-SD/SDIO/MMC driver")
