module: fix broken isapnp handling in file2alias

Handling of isapnp module aliases was broken by commit
9547d10b066605878b689a9d8f5010b28c226adb by changing "isapnp" string to "isa".
The code was then modified by commit
27225d60e5ace0d5ad42124daca97a232ca0186a but this bug remained.

Change the string back to "isapnp".
