tools headers UAPI: Update tools' copy of linux/coresight-pmu.h

To get the changes in these commits:

  f9c0e6f186158e9d ("coresight: etm-perf: Support PID tracing for kernel at EL2")
  facc97e9f1c60cba ("coresight: etm-perf: Clarify comment on perf options")

This will possibly be used in patches lined up for v5.13.

And silence this perf build warning:
