kbuild: replace BASH-specific ${@:2} with shift and ${@}

kbuild: replace BASH-specific ${@:2} with shift and ${@}

${@:2} is BASH-specific extension, which makes link-vmlinux.sh rely on
BASH. Use shift and ${@} instead to fix this issue.
