GPIO_VX855: eliminate kconfig dependency warning

Fix kconfig dependency warning to satisfy dependencies:

warning: (GPIO_VX855 && GPIOLIB) selects MFD_VX855 which has unmet direct dependencies (MFD_SUPPORT && PCI)
