Revert "mtd: cleanup Kconfig dependencies"

This reverts commit fcd840d34496f5577e4522ef16fec0c200c37f7d.

The individual CFI geometry options were carefully set up to get sane
default values if the CFI_ADV_OPTIONS wasn't set, and it wasn't
appropriate to move them into an if/endif block.
