RDMA/sa_query: Use strscpy_pad instead of memcpy to copy a string

commit 64733956ebba7cc629856f4a6ee35a52bc9c023f upstream.

When copying the device name, the length of the data memcpy copied exceeds
the length of the source buffer, which cause the KASAN issue below.  Use
strscpy_pad() instead.
