[media] media: Add ALSA Media Controller function entities

Add ALSA Media Controller capture, playback, and mixer
function entity defines.

[mchehab@osg.samsung.com: fix a trivial merge conflict and start
 MEDIA_ENT_AUDIO_F from 3000]
