module: fix broken isapnp handling in file2alias

Handling of isapnp module aliases was broken by commit
7b7957f7fca2507b75033a93be44ad925552abda by changing "isapnp" string to "isa".
The code was then modified by commit
017b5918bf81dc2b432543fabad9d0365ce238ca but this bug remained.

Change the string back to "isapnp".
