staging: wlan-ng: rename DIDmsg_lnxreq_ifstate in p80211metadef.h

Rename DIDmsg_lnxreq_ifstate in p80211metadef.h to
DIDMSG_LNXREQ_IFSTATE to fix "Avoid CamelCase" message from checkpatch
and conform to the coding style guidelines.
