Revert "perf record: Intercept all events"

This reverts commit 4622b7a0e4408aea028ed7e2162b9bfa8e3c6041.

This patch is required for making "perf lock rec" work.
The commit 4622b7a0e4 changes write_event() of builtin-record.c
. And changed write_event() sometimes doesn't stop with perf
lock rec.
