ALSA: hda - Fix wrong TLV mute bit for STAC/IDT codecs

The bit value set for TLV mute was wrong in commit
6856d91d3a5b19f2b5f110ef5bbacc1bed23cb97, which resulted in bogus
dB ranges that screw up PulseAudio.  Corrected with the right constant.
