Pull lockdep capacity limit updates from Tetsuo Handa:
 "syzbot is occasionally reporting that fuzz testing is terminated due
  to hitting upper limits lockdep can track.

  Analysis via /proc/lockdep* did not show any obvious culprits, allow
  tuning tracing capacity constants"
