Revert "iommu: Add quirk for Intel graphic devices in map_sg"

This reverts commit e974b5c3c38d7d7a39b59fa5a928f48b8135a568.

As commit d1b6f48fb1b9 ("drm/i915: Fix DMA mapped scatterlist walks") and
commit 119322446a7e ("drm/i915: Fix DMA mapped scatterlist lookup") fixed
the DMA scatterlist limitations in the i915 driver, remove this temporary
workaround.
