pci/of: Remove dead code

Commit e9743ceae099b7e2932fb88bf9a30d4064790dc2
"pci/of: Match PCI devices to OF nodes dynamically" introduced a lot of code
derived from the PPC PCI code, including some likes which were redundant.

Remove these lines.
