ks8851: Fix NOHZ local_softirq_pending 08 warning

This fix a similar problem as in fc1c1dcf289084c556bf5c0a331c7ec294ff3c1e
and 71e328b8207e72c059bc743f060ff948f8bdaeef ("can:
fix NOHZ local_softirq_pending 08 warning"). This fix replaces netif_rx()
with netif_rx_ni() which has to be used from process/softirq context.
