clk: imx: Remove Kconfig duplicate include

Commit 64c127883bd6c8 ("clk: imx: Make the i.MX8MQ CCM clock driver
CLK_IMX8MQ dependant") introduced this duplicate and incorrectly ordered
kconfig include.
