swiotlb-xen: drop DEFAULT_NSLABS

It was introduced by b8ff357b1e92 ("xen-swiotlb: remove xen_set_nslabs")
and then not removed by 1c02365ee934 ("swiotlb: dynamically allocate
io_tlb_default_mem").
