pci: add class codes for Wireless RF controllers

pci: add class codes for Wireless RF controllers

Add PCI codes to include/linux/pci_ids.h for RF controllers; first
batch of these devices seem to be the Ultra-Wide-Band and Wireless USB
controllers (WHCI spec).
