drm/amdgpu/psp: update the naming of GFX_FW_TYPE_RLC_RESTORE_LIST_CNTL

GFX_FW_TYPE_RLC_RESTORE_LIST_CNTL was renamed to GFX_FW_TYPE_RLC_RESTORE_LIST_SRM_CNTL
in latest psp_gfx_if drop
