V4L/DVB (4669): Cx88: autodetect Club3D Zap TV2100 by subsystem id 12ab:2300

The Club3D Zap TV2100 has been reported to be a clone of the Yuan PG300 and
KWorld/VStream XPert DVB-T with cx22702
