drm/omap: DMM: Fix DMM_IRQSTAT_ERR_MASK definition

The error bit definitions are typoed in DMM_IRQSTAT_ERR_MASK which went
unnoticed since the DMM_IRQSTAT_ERR_MASK was not used.

Change the bit definitions to the correct ones.
