ARM: socfpga: dts: Add tx-fifo-depth and rx-fifo-depth properties

Add tx-fifo-depth and rx-fifo-depth devicetree properties for socfpga
stmmac. These devicetree properties will be used to configure certain
features of the stmmac on the socfpga.
