nilfs2: remove references to long gone super operations

nilfs2: remove references to long gone super operations

->delete_inode(), ->write_super_lockfs(), ->unlockfs() are gone so remove
references to them in the NTFS code.  Noticed while cleaning up the
fsfreeze mess.
