powerpc/configs: Drop no longer needed CONFIG_CRYPTO_HMAC

Since commit 29a58b747ef9 ("crypto: rng - Make DRBG the default RNG")
we no longer need to set CONFIG_CRYPTO_HMAC in our defconfigs.
