via-rhine: close SMP transmit races.

5fb4996f0c9c66e81845961657fc6483b2c7581d ("via-rhine: move work from
irq handler to softirq and beyond") forgot to explicitely control the
lifespan of the tx_dirty and tx_cur pointers.
