Revert "gpio: gpiolib-of: Allow compile testing"

This reverts commit be17abd8c4d87093d5b60e5f6009a4e88f3e2fb3.

This creates more problems than it solves right now. Compile
testing needs to go in with patches fixing the problems it
uncovers.
