MIPS: Document the cca= command-line parameter

MIPS: Document the cca= command-line parameter

Commit ddc4e87bee417e55b59033c24632bf6238d143f7 ("[MIPS] Allow setting
of the cache attribute at run time") introduced the 'cca=' kernel
command-line parameter which allows overriding the kernel pages
cacheable attributes, document that parameter.

pedantic correctness.]
