[media] tda10071: fix the delivery system

Commit ce6db336ad12a16df70a2d18c32c1d5adce0b87f sets accidentally
supported delivery systems as DVB-T/T2 whilst it should be
DVB-S/S2. Due to that frontend cannot be used at all.
