bnx2x: fix tunneling CSUM calculation

Since commit 2a8dbae4be02ee39d42d45f13a008c57a699432b
"bnx2x: Remove sparse and coccinelle warnings"
driver provided wrong partial csum for HW in tunneing
scenarios.
