Revert "UFS: add const to parser token table"

This reverts commit 15d5a60fd4aa6fb85500bffb0a240cbd8c20d01c (and
b84fc714bfd014b5ce7dc79cb083599b5cdc6f60 - "fix fs/nfs/nfsroot.c
compilation" - that fixed a missed conversion).

The changes cause problems for at least the sparc build.  Let's re-do
them when the exact issues are resolved.
