Revert "ACPICA: delete check for AML access to port 0x81-83"

This reverts commit d957739acab53f072350a89480dedd0138123b5f.

That temporary quick-fix is no longer necessary,
as the previous patch, 5923b895d4807a1d06d68eea4b8c15d0eaf253c4,
"I/O port protection: update for windows compatibility"
should handle this issue for all ports, including this one.
