[PATCH] atyfb c99 fix

- fix this:

  drivers/video/aty/xlinit.c: In function `atyfb_xl_init':
  drivers/video/aty/xlinit.c:256: warning: ISO C90 forbids mixed declarations and code

- repair some kooky coding style

- Use ARRAY_SIZE()
