Subject: [PATCH] kernel/panic.c: update comments for print_tainted

Commit 7f25efc2ffa7 ("panic: add TAINT_SOFTLOCKUP") added the 'L' flag,
but failed to update the comments for print_tainted().  So, update the
comments.
