Revert "arm64: hugetlb: partial revert of b54ac2bc7dbf"

This reverts commit a8429345193653304707f4f9f54e9621892b2909.

Now that the contiguous-hint hugetlb regression has been debugged and
fixed upstream by f142f17c6329 ("mm: exclude HugeTLB pages from THP
page_mapped() logic"), we can revert the previous partial revert of this
feature.
