Revert "arm64: hugetlb: partial revert of 0310e88afaee"

This reverts commit df72431915b984bdd136a3aa930c857137ced45c.

Now that the contiguous-hint hugetlb regression has been debugged and
fixed upstream by 91e30199719c ("mm: exclude HugeTLB pages from THP
page_mapped() logic"), we can revert the previous partial revert of this
feature.
