Revert "drm/amdgpu: use dirty framebuffer helper"

This reverts commit 43b3160921f7671059582da6fa1c7c3c1a61ca4f which is
commit 134ed0da0d8a10d87bebf46f68e525d007269038 upstream.

It is reported to cause problems on 5.4.y so it should be reverted for
now.
