Revert "dynamic_debug: remove unneeded includes"

This reverts commit ce368946f58968cc55a0fbb9de9b4ac35677dc74.

Odds are, we really don't want to revert all of these, and need to be
more careful in the future to make sure we don't break the build of
other arches.
