ALSA: usb-audio: Fix invalid volume resolution for Logitech HD Webcam C525

Add the volume control quirk for avoiding the kernel warning
for the Logitech HD Webcam C525
as in the similar commit fcf9d2ace69df795a85508d3ebb3ec03724e5d68
for the Logitech HD Webcam C310.
