hwmon: twl4030-madc-hwmon: add "platform:" prefix for platform modalias

Since 783051097d96fd6c76a33639ecf84634884fcf28 (platform: prefix MODALIAS
with "platform:"), the platform modalias is prefixed with "platform:".
