pm80xx: Remove unnecessary phy disconnect while link error

pm80xx: Remove unnecessary phy disconnect while link error

If the link error happens, we don't need to disconnect the phy,
which will remove the drive. Instead acknowledging the controller
and logging the error will be enough.
