microblaze: Add missing symbols for CONSTRUCTORS support

Commit c68ac86566591a9bc88a9810416959345d8befe3 add CONSTRUCTOR
support to Linux but Microblaze not defined KERNEL_CTORS symbols
which are used with that patch.
This patch fixed it.
