um: Fix uml_mconsole stop/go

commit 7ca4879efbaf5cdae2b89233cd5d24db7e97b5b2 upstream.

Moving to an EPOLL based IRQ controller broke uml_mconsole stop/go
commands. This fixes it and restores stop/go functionality.
