riscv: dts: mpfs-icicle-kit: Drop 'clock-frequency' in the uart nodes

The uart nodes already provide <clocks> property for the driver to
dynamically calculate the correct clock frequency. There is no need
to keep the hard-coded <clock-frequency> property.
